The Bay of Cadiz is in the southern tip of the Iberian Peninsula and on Spain’s Atlantic coast. The area is noted for its unrivalled quality of light.
This group of seven municipalities is an ideal year-round tourist destination thanks to its strategic location, its glorious climate, with more than 300 days of sun a year, its beaches and natural parks, its history and cultural wealth, its cuisine and its famous wines, the friendly and welcoming local residents, its traditions and festivities, along with the quality of its service infrastructure.
The Bay of Cadiz is a magnificent setting for water sports. Its warm climate, the surrounding geographical setting, the local seafaring tradition, along with the prevailing weather conditions, make this a particularly ideal sport for dinghy sailing and yachting, fishing or even just for a boat trip along the coast.
The proximity to the Straits of Gibraltar is the reason for the prevailing westerly (poniente) and easterly (levante) winds, which are perfect for traditional dinghy sailing or the latest trends, such as kite-surfing. Yet as the bay is sheltered from these prevailing winds, there is always less swell than out at sea or along the exposed coasts. This makes it a perfect location for beginners and more experienced sailors alike to enjoy their favourite sport.
We offer a wide variety of water sports. Sport fishing, yacht charters, motor yacht charters, catamaran sailing, jet skiing, scuba diving, kitesurfing, windsurfing - surfing, kayaking and sailing.
